Gosainkunda lake is believed to have been created by Lord Shiva when he thrust his Trishul (Trident) up a mountain to extract water so he could cool her burning throat after ingesting poison. Itinerary
Day 1: Meet at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel
As soon as you reach Kathmandu, our representative will pick you and take you to the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley.
Kathmandu VISITS: Full day visit in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple complex of Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the largest Buddhist stupa in Boudhanath. You can also visit the Monkey Temple Swyambhunath (Temple 2000 years old) and visit Patan city of fine arts. Return to hotel
Day 3: Drive to Kathmandu Dhunche to be about 7 hours by bus
Drive to Kathmandu Dhunche to be about 7 hours by bus or may be conducted by the Land Cruiser. Overnight at the hotel where you will have a Dhunche majestic mountain peaks look like Ganesh Himal, Langtang range and some of the Tibetan mountains.
Day 4: Dhunche of Chandanbari
Dhunche of Chandanbari. Going to climb all the way in the jungle. Chandanbari is a small town with few shelters and the monastery. The cheese factory here is the oldest in Nepal.
Day 5: Chandanbari of Lauribinayak Gosainkunda
Chandanbari of Lauribinayak Gosainkunda step. After passing the lauribinayak the trail becomes much narrower and fog, and the change in vegetation as well as the green vegetation becomes much more desolate and rocky. From lauri Binayak takes about 3 hours to reach Gosainkunda from the top you will see the beautiful mountains of the Himalayas.
